11.40 Ref-ex wiki - what is it, how it is update, how is it being used? Cathy Johnston from Clarence Regional Library will show you this exciting reference training tool.

The State Library of Victoria implemented roving reference earlier this year.  This is an opportunity to hear early reports on how it is going.
